BIOPHYSICS, BIOCHEMISTRY, STRUCTURAL BIOLOGY
Our approach involves the inter-complementarity of diverse fields and techniques: from classical biochemical experiments to study protein function, such as activity assays, to protein conformation and assembly using electrophoresis, circular dichroism, fluorescence spectroscopy, size-exclusion chromatography, to the sophisticated techniques that provide biophysical information, including NMR, electron microscopy, and optical tweezers coupled to confocal fluorescence microscopy.
